Elementary After School

Today's lesson: Christmas "What do you want for Christmas?"

Today, we studied some vocabularies about Christmas. I presented to the kids some pictures like: angels, Christmas tree, sleigh, elf, ribbon, mistletoe, reindeer, candy cane, sock, Christmas presents, snowman, and so on.

We learned how to ask questions and how to answer questions, through communicative approach game. We practiced the "Target Language" and they can use those phrases to their daily activities not only inside the classroom but to their daily routine.

Example: Question: What do you want for Christmas? Answer: I want toys for Christmas.

So, at the end of the lesson the children learned how to ask questions and answer questions and at the same time they learned things about Christmas.
